Cancellation & Refund

K-Scrub is a booking-based service. The following applies to every reservation.

More than 24 hours before your appointment: full refund.

Within 24 hours, or a no-show: no refund.

Cancelled by the shop: full refund and priority rebooking.

To change or cancel a booking, reply to your confirmation email or contact us through your chosen channel (Instagram DM / WhatsApp).

ご予約の24時間前まで：全額返金。

24時間以内・無断キャンセル：返金不可。

店側都合によるキャンセル：全額返金＋優先再予約。

ご予約の変更・キャンセルは、確認メールへのご返信、またはご希望の方法（Instagram DM / WhatsApp）でご連絡ください。
