Service delivery

K-Scrub is a booking-based service, not a physical product. There is nothing to ship.

After you submit a booking request, we confirm your appointment within 24 hours by email or your chosen channel (Instagram DM / WhatsApp) and send a secure payment link. The service is delivered in person at your scheduled appointment in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
